Host/Server
As a Host/Server, you will be the first point of contact for guests and the face of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed and are seated promptly and efficiently. You will work alongside a team of servers to ensure an exceptional dining experience, taking orders, delivering food, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
Pay Rate: $10-$17/hour plus tips
Cook/Prep Cook
As a Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a critical role in the kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring that our menu items are consistently executed to our standards. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure ingredients are prepared properly and meals are cooked efficiently and presented beautifully. Whether you’re handling prep work, cooking on the line, or assisting with plating, your attention to detail and passion for cooking will directly impact our guests’ dining experience.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Strong interest in food and cooking, with a desire to learn and improve.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour
Dishwasher/Busser
As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a key role in supporting the restaurant’s overall efficiency and cleanliness. You’ll be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with clearing and setting tables. Your work ensures that our dining area remains clean, organized, and ready to provide an exceptional experience for guests.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or cleaning environment is helpful, but not required
Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour
